The Youth Health Advisor team with the NC Division of Public Health (DPH) is looking for current middle and high school aged students to participate in a 10-minute survey on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the lives of young people. The NC DPH Youth Health Advisors are a group of youth committed to identifying and amplifying the health needs of their peers. We are requesting your assistance in sharing this online survey with youth or youth-serving organizations in your network.
The purpose of this anonymous survey is to look at changes in the health and well-being of middle and high school age youth during the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes things like the impact of changes in the educational environment, health including mental health, and access to healthcare. The results of this survey will give the NC DPH Adolescent Health Program important feedback for next steps in supporting NC youth. The survey will be accepting new submissions until 2/19/21.
